Processing Time Since all items are produced on demand, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be manufactured before it ships.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Portugal: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the production partner fulfilling your order.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free shipping may be available for certain European destinations — this will be reflected at checkout.
Multiple Shipments Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Duties (Non-EU orders) For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
