EU Right of Withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To exercise this right, contact us at mbangale.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: custom or personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will offer a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and returned to your original payment method.
